Paint Line Associate
2nd Shift- 2:30PM-11:00PM
Pay starting at $18.21 plus $2 shift differential totaling $20.21/hour

What You'll Do
As a Paint Line Associate you'll be part of our production team located in Hesston, KS. You'll get to:
  • Metal finishing of materials using powered hand tools prior to delivery to customer. (Up to 100%)
  • Load and unload parts by hand or with the use of a jib crane or hoist. Set up bars and hooks for hanging parts, keeping proper spacing. Unload parts from paint line using care to protect painted surfaces. Identify and label parts before stocking. (Up to 100%)
  • Off-load, organize, accumulate and deliver parts. (Up to 100%)
  • Inspect parts for compliance to quality standards. (Approx. 10%)
  • Focus on safety, quality, and achievement of specific/exact objectives
