Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Compensation: Competitive salary + Signing Bonus + Loan Assistance + Relocation

Job Type: Full-time. Day shift.

Location: Rutland, Vermont

We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present, offering strong physician support and team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
  • Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
  • Current CRNA certification
  • Eligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensure
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
  • Ability to function effectively within a team-based anesthesia care model
