Job description

ThedaCare is seeking a PRN Physiatry physician to join our expanding team at ThedaCare Orthopedic, Spine & Pain in Appleton, WI.

  • Highly collaborative Multispecialty group all in one location. Integrated collegial culture.
  • 0.1 FTE (PTO coverage) typically week at a time.
    • Our physician typically takes about 5-6 full weeks of vacation per year.
    • Could also be isolated days to help support their PTO and sick days.
  • Looking for someone who has the desire to provide and has recent background in providing PM and R services to Inpt Rehab Unit and provide Physiatry medical consults at 2 Regional hospitals (TCA and TCN as needed).
  • Our IPR is a 10-bed unit.
  • 0% Clinic
  • 100% Inpt. Rehab Unit/ Acute Care Medical Consults
  • Census up to 10 pt. on IPR (average census target is 9)
  • 2-3 Medical Consults per day OR up to 10 Medical consults on avg per week
