Compensation: $529,293 - $562,353, eligible for a sign-on bonus

Position Overview

We invite you to become an Interventional Pain Management Physician at our organization in Oshkosh, WI, part of one of the largest nonprofit integrated health systems in the nation.   • Full-time position as an Interventional Pain Management Physician

  • Aurora Medical Center is an 84-bed community hospital focused on delivering exceptional patient care with outstanding outcomes
  • Diverse patient demographics with a strong referral network from both the clinic and the community
  • Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Supportive staff including Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Medical Assistants (MAs), and available scribes
  • Comprehensive range of procedures such as epidural steroid injections, sympathetic celiac blocks, sacroiliac joint injections, facet injections, medial branch blocks (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), and spine stimulators
  • Convenient access to Green Bay, Door County, Milwaukee, and Chicago
  • Utilization of EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Be part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines
  • Access to DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that integrates with Epic, enhancing clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and editing
  • Work in an environment that prioritizes safe and equitable care for all patients
Qualifications and Experience
  • Completion of an Anesthesiology residency program
  • Accredited Interventional Pain Fellowship
  • Open to candidates with Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency training
  • Strong communication abilities, a solid work ethic, and a collaborative mindset
