Job description

Director of Global Paid Media

Department: Marketing

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Atlanta

Description

Infor is seeking a Director of Global Paid Media to lead and own the end‑to‑end paid media strategy — spanning geographies, industries, and lines of business. This role sits within the Digital Marketing Transformation organization and is central to Infor's industry‑led GTM strategy for B2B SaaS.

This position will be responsible for global paid media planning, budget forecasting, and ongoing campaign optimization in close partnership with regional field marketing leaders who own market P&L. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across all paid channel types (paid: search, display, programmatic, social), a command of performance measurement, and the presence to present paid strategy and results to senior executive audiences. This role is hands‑on and action‑oriented with the ability to do strategic paid program planning, forecasting and platform optimization with a strict focus on performance management tied to pipeline.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Global Strategy & Planning
  • Own and drive the global paid media strategy across all channels, industries, and regions, aligned to Infor's industry‑led campaign framework.
  • Develop and manage annual paid media budgets, including regional allocation, regular forecasting and pipeline impact reporting, and ongoing investment rebalancing based on performance.
  • Translate business objectives and field marketing priorities into integrated paid media plans with clear KPIs, audience targets, and expected pipeline contribution.
  • Create ad‑hoc paid media plans to support new focus areas, emerging markets, and campaign launches as they arise throughout the fiscal year.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Oversee the planning, activation, and ongoing optimization of paid programs across all channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/Display, Content Syndication & Intent‑Based Programs (PPL), Video & CCTV, Emerging & Experimental Channels.
  • Maintain governance over campaign structure, bid strategy, landing page alignment, and conversion tracking across all markets.
  • Partner with the Digital Experience team to ensure paid landing pages are optimized for conversion, aligned to campaign messaging, and technically sound.
Agency & Team Leadership:
  • Lead and develop two Paid Media Managers, providing strategic direction, coaching, and workload management.
  • Manage the global paid media agency relationship: set scope, oversee deliverables, maintain SLAs, and drive continuous improvement in agency performance and output quality.
  • Establish a center-of-excellence model across the paid team — defining shared processes and QA standards.
Stakeholder Partnership & Reporting:
  • Serve as the paid media subject matter expert and strategic advisor to management and regional field marketing leaders, aligning paid plans to individual market priorities and P&L goals.
  • Build and maintain executive‑level reporting that connects paid media investment to business outcomes: pipeline influence, MQL velocity, SAO contribution, and ROAS.
  • Present paid media strategy, performance reviews, and investment recommendations to senior stakeholders including the CMO, VP Digital, and regional VPs.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Industry Campaigns, SEO/GEO, Marketing Operations, and Analytics to ensure paid programs are integrated into full‑funnel campaign execution.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Paid media strategy experience in B2B technology or enterprise software.
  • Experience managing global programs at the senior/director level.
  • Experience across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, and content syndication — with hands‑on optimization experience at scale.
  • Experience owning multi‑million dollar paid media budgets, including cross‑geography allocation and stakeholder‑facing financial reporting.
  • Experience managing and developing a team, including direct reports and external agency partners.
  • Analytical experience in performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, pipeline contribution), attribution models, and reporting platforms.
  • Experience presenting strategy and results to C‑suite and senior marketing leaders.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and at least one DSP (DV360).
  • Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense) and their integration with paid media workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience marketing to Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Food & Beverage industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, GA4, and DOMO or equivalent BI/reporting environments.
  • Knowledge of SEO/GEO/AEO strategy and how paid and organic programs are integrated.
  • Exposure to emerging paid channels including AI‑powered search ads, generative ad formats, or B2B‑targeted CTV/OTT.

For California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Virginia, and Washington applicants, we anticipate paying between $187,000 - $250,000 per year.

In addition, Infor provides various benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

The application window is anticipated to close on September 30th.
