Job description

Fast Track to Management Program
The fast track to management program is an exclusive program for recent college graduates, qualified applicants with management experience, and current qualified employees to enter a six-month training program for branch location management at Sunset Management Inc.
The goal of the program is to give the trainee the skills to be a successful Finance Manager so that they can maximize both the branch performance and the trainee's performance incentives.
The training will be provided by online tutorials, self-motivated readings and on the job experiences. At Sunset Management, we believe that nothing replaces actually doing the job while having professional guidance through the process.
The Management Trainee position salary is up to $40,000* a year annual salary depending on experience. We offer a signing bonus of $3,000** that will be paid in 30-day increments of $1000, as you progress through your training.
Sunset Management is located in both South Carolina and Georgia. During the training period, overnight travel should be expected, and even weekly travel is possible. The Trainee position requires relocation to one of these states after the training is complete.
What incentives should you expect as a manager after your training? A Manager can earn up to 15% of the profit of the branch they manage, along with a 5% annual bonus of the annual branch profit and a tax preparation bonus that current Managers make $1,000 to $10,000 bonuses. In addition, Sunset Management also offers paid sick time, paid vacation time, paid holidays, 401k, group health, dental, vision, short term disability, life, and many elected policies such as long-term disability, and additional life insurance policies.
*$40,000 annual salary is based about finance or manager experience either through classroom training or related employment.
**$3,000 sign on bonus is paid as follows: $1,000 after 30 days, $1,000 after 60 days and $1,000 after 90 days for a total of $3,000. The Trainee must be employed at those times to be paid the sign on bonus.
