Job description

Are you early in your career and eager to make your mark at a 100% employee-owned firm? Wiley|Wilson, with over 190 dedicated employee-owners across five locations, is excited to invite you to join our Civil Engineering team in one of our Virginia or North Carolina offices - Richmond, Raleigh, Lynchburg, or Alexandria . This role offers a fantastic opportunity to continue growing your Civil Engineering career while working on a variety of Local, Federal, and State Government projects.
As a Civil EIT, you will contribute to the design of civil systems including grading, drainage, hydrology, and utilities for a variety of site development projects. Working under the guidance of licensed Engineers you'll gain exposure to multiple markets and geographies, expanding your knowledge and deepening your skills in building systems design. We also prioritize work-life balance with benefits such as 80 hours of parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child, a hybrid work schedule, and accommodations for individuals with disabilities in roles requiring travel.

We value individuals who thrive in a team environment, bring a positive attitude, and demonstrate the ability to multitask while remaining self-motivated to deliver high-quality work. A strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and take initiative is equally important. Additionally, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and be able to obtain a security clearance.
