A Paid Trainee is an individual who is employed by a company to learn specific skills or gain practical experience while receiving a salary or hourly wage. These positions are typically designed for recent graduates or those new to a particular field. During the traineeship, individuals participate in hands-on work, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities to prepare for a permanent role. Paid traineeships can last from several months to a year, depending on the industry and company. They offer both financial support and valuable on-the-job learning.
