About the Role:

The Paid Social Specialist will support the day-to-day management and execution of Swanson Health’s paid social advertising programs. This role will be responsible for campaign builds, ongoing optimization, budget management, creative traffi cking, reporting, testing, and performance analysis across Meta and other relevant social platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and launch new campaigns, audiences, ads, and targeting initiatives based on established strategy.
  • Manage creative traffi cking and coordinate the launch of new creative assets across paid social campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, budgets, and key KPIs and proactively identify opportunities or issues.
  • Conduct ongoing optimizations across bidding, budgets, audiences, placements, creative, and campaign structure.
  • Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve effi ciency and growth.
  • Partner with the Director of Growth to execute structured testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, and campaign strategies and evaluate results.
  • Assist with forecasting, monthly budget management, and performance reporting.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, QA processes, and other paid media operational standards.
  • Partner with internal creative, social, infl uencer, merchandising, analytics, and marketing teams to support campaign needs and business priorities.
  • Develop working knowledge of paid search campaigns and processes to provide cross-channel support as needed.
  • Stay current on paid social platform, measurement, creative, and industry developments and identify relevant opportunities for the business.


What We Are Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on paid social or performance marketing experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign management.
  • Experience with campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational and QA skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a broader paid media team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with additional paid social platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, or other emerging platforms is a plus.
  • E-commerce or direct-to-consumer experience is preferred.
