We're seeking an experienced pageant coach to work with contestants preparing to compete at the local, state, or national level. This role includes interview prep and public speaking to help contestants communicate clearly and confidently, as well as stage presence and walk technique to strengthen their presentation on stage. Coaches also support talent development, wardrobe and styling, and platform development to help contestants build a compelling personal cause or message. Additional focus on confidence building helps contestants perform at their best under pressure. Ideal candidates have firsthand pageant competition or coaching experience, prior experience serving as a pageant judge, and a clear, structured approach to helping contestants prepare for every phase of competition. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every contestant.
