About the Role
Position involves all aspects of the assembly process including putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, assembling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping/receiving and general clean up.
Pay Range: $17.00 - 17.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Top 5 Skills and Abilities Being Sought for This Position:
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Ability to use gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure quality work.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to perform physical activity associated with operation of equipment including bending, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching in order to meet production needs.
  • Must be able to stand and move continuously during working hours.

Top 5 Actual Tasks Relevant to This Position:
  • Hand assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives, maintain parts stock between assembly lines, putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping/receiving and general clean up.
  • Use calipers, depth and paint millage gauges.
  • Must visually inspect all work and rework as necessary.
  • Rotate to various jobs within Assembly Shop.
