Job description

Royal Hawaiian Movers, Inc. has immediate openings for qualified Forklift Operator(s) with at least 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience to join our freight department in Honolulu.
Pay: $18.35 - $19.35/Hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform warehouse work related to receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, or delivery of products, parts, and materials.
  • Assembling, addressing, stamping, packing, unpacking and arranging for the transportation of products.
  • Load, unload, move, or store items according to delivery or routing documents (i.e. manifests, bill of ladings) or supervisor instructions.
  • Operate a hand truck, forklift or other heavy equipment.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • flexible schedule

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Sit, stand, crouch or bend for extended periods of time

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1+ years of warehouse and forklift experience
