Job description

International forwarder is looking for Japanese Bilingual Branch Manager, including Moving Department Manager role.
Branch Management
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with company policies.
• Supervise and support branch staff, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
Moving Department Management
• Drive company vehicles and participate in moving work as needed, including packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, palletizing, breaking pallets, vanning/devanning, and warehousing.
• Conduct job estimates, confirm customer requirements, and ensure services are delivered to meet expectations.
• International Mover experience required (hands-on packing, loading/unloading, warehouse work, customer interaction).
• Ability to drive company vehicles (valid driver's license and clean driving record required).
• Bilingual: Japanese (business-level, for customer service) and English (for internal communication).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to balance physical moving duties with branch management responsibilities.
