Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Senior Relocation Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will assist seniors with the moving process, including packing, unpacking, resettling and ensuring a smooth transition to their new home. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and demonstrating patience and understanding in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist seniors with packing and unpacking their belongings.
Provide support and reassurance to seniors throughout the moving process.
Organize and arrange items in the new residence according to the senior's preferences.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless relocation experience.
