Position Summary:

The Seasonal Barn Sale Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations during peak seasonal business periods by picking, packing, stocking, and preparing merchandise for shipment and sale. This position is responsible for accurately fulfilling Direct, Wholesale, International, Retail Store, and Barn Sale orders while maintaining inventory organization and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

(Additional duties may be assigned)

  • Pick orders from inventory and deliver products to the packing area for shipment.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper boxes and packing materials are used to prevent damage.
  • Assist with stocking incoming product, replenishing inventory, and restocking packing materials to support productive workflow.
  • Assist with special projects, Barn Sale preparation, order fulfillment activities, and other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Special Requirements

  • Seasonal position with employment duration based on business needs.
  • Occasional weekend work as required to meet business needs.
  • Ability to work additional hours during peak seasonal periods and Barn Sale events.

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, crouch, kneel, bend, climb, use fingers to grasp, handle, feel, and perform repetitive motions of hands or wrists.
  • Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to move objects.
  • Light mental and visual attention required for performing work where there is some variety, but actions taken and decisions made are limited to a few possibilities. Work requires coordination with others and attention to detail.
