PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

· Pack and label products accurately according to daily customer orders.

· Ensure all packages are properly packaged, sealed, and prepared for shipment.

· Verify order contents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Scan items and process orders through the warehouse system.

· Keep products separated, organized, and readily accessible.

· Inspect product quality and report any issues, damages, or discrepancies.

· Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet wrappers and pallet jacks in a safe manner.

· Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

· Perform additional warehouse-related tasks as assigned by a supervisor or manager.

· Occasionally assist with light janitorial duties, including sweeping work areas, disposing of trash in breakrooms and restrooms, restocking breakrooms, restocking restrooms, restocking snack bar, wiping down the breakrooms and restrooms, assist with setup and serving company meals, and helping maintain overall office and warehouse cleanliness.

· Perform additional warehouse-related tasks as assigned by a supervisor or manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

· 1+ years of warehouse or packing experience preferred.

· General knowledge of packing and shipping procedures.

· Ability to scan, sort, and process incoming and outgoing inventory.

· Basic arithmetic skills for counting and verifying orders.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to follow standard operating procedures and warehouse best practices.

· Commitment to workplace safety and reporting unsafe conditions.

· Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Comfortable receiving, stocking, and stacking products and orders.

· Ability to read, write, and understand verbal and written instructions in English.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.

· Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods during the workday.

· Reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.
