Smile Win Dental in Grapevine, TX, is looking for an experienced, motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a modern, cosmetic-focused private practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and creating beautiful smiles.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about dentistry, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a positive, team-oriented environment.

Schedule

  • Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Chairside assisting for restorative and cosmetic procedures
  • Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns
  • Cord packing and tissue management
  • Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and assist with patient education
  • Help manage inventory and operatory organization
  • Assist with lab cases and ensure efficient clinical workflow
  • Support the front office with administrative tasks as needed to keep the practice running smoothly

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required
  • Must be proficient in cord packing and fabricating temporary crowns
  • Experience with cosmetic and restorative dentistry preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
