Shift: 2nd Shift (1:45 PM - 10:15 PM) Monday - Saturday
Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Manual Packers to join our food manufacturing team. In this role, you will package spicy chip products, inspect product quality, and prepare finished goods for shipment while maintaining food safety and quality standards. This position is in a hot manufacturing environment, and candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manually pack and seal finished chip products.
Inspect products for quality, appearance, and proper packaging.
Sort and remove damaged or defective products.
Label, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Keep workstations clean and follow sanitation procedures.
Follow all food safety, GMP, and company safety guidelines.
Meet daily production and packaging goals.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
Previous food manufacturing or packaging experience preferred 6-9 months.
Ability to work in a hot environment.
Ability to stand for the entire shift.
