TMC Staffing is hiring motivated Packers to join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Brenham, TX! If you're dependable, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for a stable opportunity with multiple shifts available, we'd love to meet you!

As a Packer, you'll play an important role in ensuring quality products are prepared and shipped efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Label boxes accurately
  • Polywrap products and pack boxes as required
  • Stack finished boxes onto pallets
  • Move completed pallets using a powered pallet jack
  • Fill core hoppers (Add Roll Department)
  • Assist machine operators with production needs
  • Help with roll changes and machine make-readies
  • Monitor products moving through the production line
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Perform other production duties as assigned
Qualifications

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and carry finished products
  • Occasionally assist with lifting roll shafts (Add Roll Department)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to safely operate a powered pallet jack

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Steel-toe shoes
  • Hearing protection while working in the manufacturing facility
