Logistics Kitting and Packing Technician — Danbury, CT

Join a team driven by precision and reliability. In this operations role, you’ll be the link between inventory and on-time delivery—building accurate kits, packing with care, and moving materials efficiently so customers receive exactly what they ordered, when they expect it.

Your impact

Every properly picked item, every safely loaded pallet, and every clean aisle contributes to safety, speed, and customer trust. You’ll coordinate closely with teammates to achieve daily production goals and keep our Danbury facility running smoothly.

Core responsibilities
  • Pick items and assemble orders; pack shipments according to specifications and quality requirements.
  • Load/unload materials and products from trucks and palletized areas.
  • Keep workspaces orderly and clean to promote a safe, efficient operation.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily targets.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications to excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in material handling, picking, or packing is advantageous.
