That is where we come in. We are a small, friendly, local team that works hard, supports each other, and genuinely cares about the people we serve.

We are looking for team members who want to be part of this kind of work. People who care, show up, and are willing to jump in and help wherever needed. We are currently hiring multiple team members, so if this sounds like a fit for you and someone you know, feel free to refer a friend.

This is meaningful, hands on work where what you do truly matters, and every home and every project is different.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sorting, organizing, and handling a lifetime of belongings with care
  • Packing and unpacking items thoughtfully
  • Helping resettle clients into their new homes in a way that feels familiar and comfortable
  • Preparing items for donation, sale, shipping, or disposal
  • Photographing and listing items for online auctions using a smartphone
  • Staging and organizing homes for estate sales or move preparation
  • Assisting with estate sales and auction pickup days
  • Supporting clean outs to prepare homes for listing
  • Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
  • Communicating in a positive, respectful way with clients, families, and team members
  • Treating all client belongings with care, respect, and confidentiality
