Duties

  • Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks, step vans and other commercial vehicles adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

  • Load, unload, and secure packages using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary, ensuring items are handled with care.

  • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules.

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience during each delivery.

  • Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and document all deliveries accurately.

  • Assist with warehouse activities including stock movement, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean work environment.

  • Perform routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and ensure the vehicle is always in optimal condition.

Requirements
