Sales Representative โ€“ Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry (Sacramento Territory)

Position Summary

nobilia North America, Inc. is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to develop and grow our presence in the Sacramento market. This role is responsible for generating new business by selling premium kitchen and bath cabinetry directly to contractors, builders, resellers, refurbishers, consumers and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills, a passion for design, and a proven ability to close sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers within the Northern California area.
  • Meet with prospective customers to understand their kitchen and bath needs and recommend nobilia cabinetry solutions.
  • Conduct consultations, prepare proposals, and guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to final contract.
  • Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal design, operations and logistics teams to ensure an exceptional, seamless customer experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM system.
  • Represent nobilia professionally at trade shows, networking events, and community functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in cabinetry, kitchen and bath remodeling, home improvement, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
