Bring Your Boldness
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Dairy Science, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience within food, dairy, beverage, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
  • Proven experience leading managers and supervisors in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA, USDA, and OSHA requirements.
  • Demonstrated success driving Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop talent, build teams, and lead through change.
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong financial and operational acumen.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Dairy manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
