Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, starting up machines, replacing spools, and loading new ones. The downtime between starting and finishing each cycle is minimal, requiring a steady pace rather than high-speed work.

Responsibilities

  • Operate large-scale rotating equipment and plastics extrusion systems
  • Monitor and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance
  • Record production data and ensure accurate documentation
