The Holdrege, NE plant runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, producing 2.3 billion medical devices annually. We employ approximately 450 people across all operations.

The shift for this role is: C Shift 6:20AM-6:30PM

Packagers play a crucial role in ensuring our products are carefully and efficiently packed for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate packaging machinery and equipment.

Responsible for quality of product including but not limited to:

discarding obviously defective packages, removing and saving contents

checking packaging for correct count

checking for damage to syringes

checking for correct lot control numbers

inserting brochures as required

palletizing finished product and attaching proper pallet card

operating semi-auto tape machine

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

  • Basic computer keyboard & navigational skills including Microsoft Office

Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work using repetitive hand, wrist and arm movements.
