Job description

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can transform complex data into meaningful insights that help drive smarter business decisions across our organization. In this role, you'll collaborate with teams throughout the company, build impactful Power BI solutions, and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making at Green Bay Packaging.
Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports that provide our business teams with enhanced data access and visibility, empowering them to make informed decisions by effectively tracking progress and performance.
  • Leverage company datasets to help identify and communicate insights through visualizations and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with business teams on accurately defining project scopes, strengthening our data governance, and ensuring a user-friendly reporting environment.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.
  • Assist in the scope definition and implementation of data and/or asset management systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy through data validation and cleansing.
Qualifications
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of data analysis best practices.
