Job Summary
We are seeking a Packer/Packager for our team! As a Packer, you will be preparing packaging material, such as unfolding boxes and applying labels, gathering materials as ordered, and securely packaging them in a way that will adequately protect them while shipping. You will also be maintaining a clean, safe working environment, working closely with other packagers to keep a good flow of work, and constantly inspecting items to be packed for defects or issues. The ideal candidate enjoys steady, sometimes repetitive work, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable working on their feet for much of the day. 
Responsibilities 
  • Gather items for each order
  • Assemble packaging material appropriate for the items, including assembling appropriate boxes, applying shipping labels, and securing with tape
  • Inspect each item for damage before shipping
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to work on your feet while bending, twisting, and lifting heavy objects
