Role:ย Packing Engineer
Location:ย Cincinnati, Ohio

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Packaging Engineer with experience in FMCG/Chemical packaging projects. The candidate will be responsible for packaging equipment layouts, technical documentation, equipment evaluation, and packaging line improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design packaging equipment layouts using AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
  • Prepare technical specifications for packaging equipment and conveyors.
  • Support packaging line installation and layout modifications.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for timely project execution.
  • Evaluate and recommend packaging equipment purchases.
  • Improve packaging machine OEE and line efficiency.
  • Develop packaging line requirements for different SKUs.

Required Skills

  • Experience in Primary, Secondary, and End-of-Line (EOL) packaging systems.
  • Knowledge of Packaging Technology and FMCG/Chemical packaging projects.
  • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
  • Ability to understand RFQs and technical documents.
  • Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
    Qualification
