As the concierge of our prestigious residential building, you will be responsible for creating a lasting impression that perfectly complements the property's elegance and sophistication. We currently have openings for morning shift, and we are eager to hire immediately.

Responsibilities:
  • Extend a warm welcome and acknowledge all residents while announcing their guests with grace and poise.
  • Provide exceptional resident services, including accepting and retrieving packages and drycleaning, offering transportation options, recommending service vendors, making restaurant reservations, and fulfilling any additional requests promptly.
  • Through your impeccable appearance, outstanding performance, and serviceoriented mindset, consistently project an image that enhances the property's allure.
  • Adhere strictly to formal operating policies and procedures, which encompass customer service techniques and emergency response protocols.
  • Ensure that property rules and regulations are consistently upheld.
  • Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
