What is a package concierge?

A Package Concierge is a professional responsible for managing and distributing packages and deliveries in residential buildings, offices, or commercial properties. They receive, log, store, and hand out packages to residents or tenants, ensuring secure and efficient handling of parcels. Package Concierges also communicate with delivery services, resolve delivery issues, and may assist with returns or outgoing shipments. Their role helps streamline package management and provides convenience and security for recipients.

How does a package concierge typically interact with residents and building management throughout the workday?

A Package Concierge serves as a vital link between residents and building management, handling incoming deliveries, logging packages, and notifying residents of arrivals, often using specialized software.
