Cardiology Associates is seeking an experienced Cardiac Device Clinic Coordinator to join our growing outpatient cardiology practice in Mobile, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have previous cardiac device experience and a strong understanding of pacemaker and implantable cardiac device management in a fast-paced clinical environment.


This position plays a key role in supporting our cardiac device clinic through device interrogations, patient management, and collaboration with providers and clinical staff.


This is a full-time, day shift position withno weekends and paid holidays off.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pacemaker and implantable cardiac device interrogations
  • Support daily operations within the cardiac device clinic
  • Review and interpret device data and ECG rhythms
  • Assist with patient education regarding implanted cardiac devices
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff regarding patient management
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR/EHR system
  • Ensure timely completion of device-related workflows and documentation
  • Support high-quality patient care in an outpatient cardiology environment


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cardiac device technician preferred
    OR
  • 35 years of telemetry, monitor technician, or related cardiac monitoring experience
  • Experience with pacemakers, ICDs/AICDs, or cardiac rhythm management preferred
  • Strong ECG interpretation skills required
  • Knowledge of cardiology terminology preferred
  • Intermediate computer proficiency in a Windows environment required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
