Job description

People. Passion. Purpose.

At P3 Health Partners, we’re redefining what healthcare can—and should—be. Founded and led by physicians, P3 is a population health organization committed to moving the industry from reactive sick care to proactive, patient-centered wellness. We partner with most major health plans and serve as the bridge that empowers providers to deliver the kind of care they’ve always wanted to practice.

Our mission is bold yet simple: give providers and patients the support, tools, and resources to achieve long-term health and meaningful outcomes. If you’re passionate about truly changing lives, you’ll find a home here.

Why You'll Love Living in Pahrump

Just one hour from Las Vegas, Pahrump, Nevada combines the best of both worlds—peaceful small-town living with quick access to one of the most exciting cities in the country. With wide-open desert beauty, mountain views, and an affordable cost of living, Pahrump offers space to breathe, grow, and thrive.

For providers, Pahrump is a community where your work genuinely matters. You’ll build lasting patient relationships, shape the future of care in a growing market, and enjoy a lifestyle that supports real balance—professionally and personally.

Why Providers Choose P3

When you join P3, you’re not just joining another healthcare organization—you’re joining a powerful, provider-first support system designed to help you succeed.

  • Smarter care: We analyze patient risk, close gaps, and align funding to ensure you have what you need to deliver high-quality, value-based care.

  • Real growth support: We actively help grow your panel by attracting new patients who value long-term relationships.

  • Less administrative burden: Our team liaises directly with health plans so you can focus on medicine—not paperwork.

  • Tools that make a difference: From clinical resources to financial insights, we provide everything you need to practice at the top of your license.

  • Competitive compensation and advancement: You’ll receive excellent pay, full benefits, and ongoing opportunities to elevate your career.

What We're Looking For

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine

  • Nevada license or eligibility

  • Current DEA license

  • Interest in geriatrics is welcome but not required

A Benefits Package Designed Around You

  • Top-of-market guaranteed compensation with a rewarding bonus structure

  • Comprehensive benefits to support you and your family
