JOB SUMMARY

Exzeo’s Client Services Representative will support policy servicing and claims-related activities across multiple insurance carriers. You will provide high-quality service to agents and policyholders on behalf of our clients. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries and processing policy transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.  

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

  • Tuesday-Saturday, 1-10pm
  • Sunday-Thursday, 1-10pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver professional, courteous, and solution-oriented customer service 
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries related to policies, billing, and claims 
  • Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and payments 
  • Prepare quotes and policy documentation 
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple systems 
  • Support First Notice of Loss (FNOL) intake 
  • Assist during catastrophe (CAT) events 
  • Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and regulations 
  • Meet performance standards, including adherence to schedule, attendance requirements, and Quality Assurance (QA) score expectations 
  • Participate in ongoing training and development; continuing education requirements 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong communication skills 
  • Excellent customer service ability 
  • Detail-oriented and accurate 
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • P&C insurance knowledge a plus 
  • Bilingual a plus 

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or closely related field preferred.

LICENSE OR CERTIFICATIONS

  • 20-44 or 2-20 Insurance License must be obtained within 90 days of employment (company paid).
