Position Summary:

Reef is seeking a driven and strategic Owner Experience Manager to deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience for buyers through their real estate journey, from initial inquiry through closing and post-delivery. The role will focus on multiple Reef real estate offerings, including Cormont, The Albion and Marcella Landing.

Serving as the primary point of contact, this role ensures seamless communication, anticipates client needs, and coordinates across internal teams, developers, and partners to provide a smooth and informed experience.

This position also supports marketing and sales initiatives, contributes to buyer engagement and referral programs, and leverages market insights and performance data to enhance overall strategy. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, service-driven professional with strong project management skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an owner onboarding process for pre/post-closing stages of the buyer journey
  • Serve as a dedicated concierge for buyers throughout the purchasing and building process, providing a high-touch, personalized experience from initial inquiry through project completion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, coordinating communication across internal teams, developers, and external partners to ensure a seamless and informed experience
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing/sales initiatives, strategies and operational goals
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide content for buyer newsletter updates and coordinate on buyer engagements and events
  • Consistently monitor and report on buyer satisfaction throughout the purchase experience
  • Establish and promote owner referral programs specific to Reef's offerings (The Albion, Cormont, Marcella Landing)
  • Anticipate buyer needs, proactively address questions, and guide clients through key milestones to enhance satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive positioning strategies to increase market share
  • With the assistance of the marketing team, lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and branded materials to showcase properties and attract new buyers
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies, target audience segmentation, and demand forecasting
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with consultants, construction, and third-party vendors throughout the buyer's project lifecycle
  • When delays or issues arise, coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to align messaging before communicating to the buyer
  • Conduct pre-delivery walkthroughs on behalf of or alongside the buyer to ensure the finished product meets expectations prior to turnover
  • Manage the turnover moment end-to-end, ensuring all documentation is compiled and ready, and coordinate introductions to warranty and residential services teams post-closing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, real estate, hospitality, or property management, with direct experience as an Owner's Representative or in a similar client-facing project management role strongly preferred
  • Understanding and hands on experience with the process of closing and onboarding buyers in a luxury condominium and real estate space
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a client concierge or primary point of contact for high-value clients, delivering a high-touch, service-oriented experience throughout complex transactions or projects
  • Strong understanding of real estate development, construction processes, or property management operations
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships throughout the full lifecycle of a project, from initial engagement through completion
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface confidently with high-net-worth individuals, internal teams, and external partners
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and execute actionable plans
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
