We're looking for a full-time Project Manager to serve as an Owner's Representative on construction projects in the Toledo, Ohio area. This role suits a construction professional with strong technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills.
The PM will represent ownership across the full project lifecycle-aligning contractors, design teams, and stakeholders while protecting the owner's interests in schedule, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Represent ownership from pre-construction through completion
โ€ข Manage schedules, budgets, and project progress; identify and resolve risks early
โ€ข Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders
โ€ข Review construction progress for compliance with plans, specs, and quality standards
โ€ข Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to ownership on status and key decisions
โ€ข Review and evaluate RFIs, submittals, and change orders
โ€ข Oversee project financials, cost tracking, and procurement coordination
โ€ข Ensure permitting, compliance, and safety standards are met
โ€ข Maintain accurate project documentation and communications
โ€ข Hold contractors accountable while fostering productive working relationships
