This role serves as the primary coordination point between field technicians, project teams, engineers, and operational stakeholders during active overnight installation events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple installations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This position requires real-time monitoring of field activities, validating installation progress, reviewing documentation and site photos, coordinating communications, and ensuring projects move efficiently from installation through completion.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field technicians during scheduled installations.
  • Manage multiple concurrent installations across different locations and time zones.
  • Receive and track technician check-ins, project updates, installation verifications, and status communications.
  • Review and validate site documentation, photographs, videos, and completion evidence submitted by field technicians.
  • Monitor installation progress against project schedules and predefined milestones.
  • Ensure project activities follow established processes, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Escalate technical, operational, scheduling, or installation-related issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
  • Coordinate handoff of completed installations to engineering and project teams for final review and approval.
  • Maintain accurate project records, status updates, and ticket documentation throughout the installation lifecycle.
  • Track open tasks and ensure timely completion, documentation, and ticket closure.
  • Provide consistent communication to project stakeholders regarding installation status, risks, and completion progress.
  • Support continuous improvement of project coordination processes and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of Project Coordination, Technical Coordination, or Implementation Coordination experience.
  • Experience supporting technology deployments, field operations, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or installation-based projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage several active projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience providing real-time coordination and support to field personnel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting network infrastructure, telecommunications, or field installation projects.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, project tracking tools, and implementation workflows.
