Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support the nursing team in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care.

This role is best suited for nurses who are confident working in structured long-term care environments and managing overnight patient care responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
───────────────────────────

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and changes
• Assist with wound care, vital signs, and clinical assessments
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Respond to patient needs during overnight shift coverage

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts required

• Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
