Job description

Crisis Residential Program services provide short-term intensive, round-the-clock, personalized support to help stabilize someone having a mental health crisis so they can avoid hospitalization. Our teams collaborate with providers who are already involved in an individual’s treatment and works to link clients to other services offered by Sheppard Pratt or other community providers.

Shift: Thursday - Sunday 11pm - 7am

What to expect.

This is an opportunity to assist the program director in overseeing services, staff, administration, and evaluation of the program. Your efforts will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and support clients in recovery. 

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Participating in individual service planning for clients by assessing the provision of client health and resource management.
  • Supporting the implementation of new program services and quality improvement systems that evolve with the changing needs of clients.
  • Providing the support, training, and structure needed to assure budget projections are being met.

This position has a pay rate of $22.66/hr.

What we need from you.

  • A high school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience.
  • A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
