What You'll Do:
  • Responsible to oversee the overnight operations of the crisis teams in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties.
  • Ensure that the service delivery is in line with the grant requirements, SAMHSA's best practice toolkit for crisis care, and the certified community behavioral health center (CCBHC) criterion.
  • Ensure program activities include sound clinical practices and evidenced-based tools and outcome measurement
  • Collaborates extensively with existing teams and departments to ensure successful program development.
  • Provides communication across departments to ensure efficient and integrated service delivery within Oaklawn.
  • Overnight hours 8p-8a

Minimum Hiring Requirements for the Coordinator include:
  • High School Diploma/GED with commensurate experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
