The Mission Preparatory School (Mission Prep) is a high-performing, single site, TK-8 public charter school in San Francisco's Mission District, serving nearly 500 students. A. degree (or higher), or Pass the Parapro Assessment (up to 3 hours of paid time offered for testing completion) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong organizational capacity Experience analyzing and using data to inform practice Openness to feedback and commitment to developing continually as a professional educator Accountability for student achievement outcomes Preferred: Bachelor's degree CLAD/BCLAD certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) Urban teaching experience Behavioral management certification Requirements / Qualifications Required: Experience with Restorative Justice, or similar experience in behavior intervention and student support Two years of college (48 units), or A.
