Location: Charlotte/ Islein/ Chicago/Frisco ( Any one of the location) Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Eagle STAR Performance and Reporting and Eagle PACE Data Management, specifically in an L2 or L3 production support environment within investment or asset management firms. Prioritize profiles that demonstrate deep involvement in incident management, root cause analysis, batch and job monitoring, data validation, and release support. Look for candidates who have worked extensively with Oracle SQL or PL SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting and who understand the Eagle data model. Domain exposure to security master, pricing, corporate actions, portfolio transactions, and performance measurement is critical, with time weighted return knowledge being a strong indicator of fit. Candidates with experience supporting business users, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams, and working in onshore offshore delivery models should be given preference. Additional value is added by exposure to FactSet, Eagle Accounting, or performance attribution environments, but these should be treated as secondary to core Eagle STAR and PACE production support expertise.

We are looking for an experienced Eagle STAR and PACE Professional to join our team as an L2/L3 Production Support Analyst Developer. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast paced investment management environment, balancing hands on production support with development and enhancement activities. The position focuses on ensuring stability, accuracy, and performance of Eagle STAR Performance and Reporting and Eagle PACE Data Management applications while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • The role involves providing L2 and L3 production support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE applications, ensuring timely monitoring, analysis, and resolution of production incidents within defined SLAs.
  • You will perform root cause analysis for recurring and systemic issues and implement long term fixes to improve platform stability.
  • Responsibilities include functional and technical troubleshooting, supporting batch processing, job monitoring, and data validation across multiple data domains.
  • You will manage escalations and coordinate effectively with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
  • The role also includes supporting release deployments, performing post implementation validation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • In addition, you will create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles while contributing to Eagle STAR and PACE development and enhancements as part of the overall delivery model.

Required Skill
  • Candidates should have strong hands on experience with Eagle STAR Performance and Reporting and Eagle PACE data workflows, including Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, and Ratings.
  • Solid expertise in Oracle SQL and PL SQL is required for data analysis and troubleshooting, along with a good understanding of the Eagle Data Model.
  • Experience with job scheduling tools such as Control M or Autosys and familiarity with SDLC, change management, and production release processes are essential.
  • Hands on experience using ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira is expected.
  • The role requires strong domain knowledge in investment or asset management, including security reference data, pricing and corporate actions, portfolio positions and transactions, and performance measurement concepts with preference for time weighted returns.
  • Candidates should have at least six years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of four years of hands on experience supporting Eagle STAR and PACE in an L2 or L3 production support environment.

Desired Skill
  • Exposure to FactSet or other performance systems, experience with Eagle Accounting, and familiarity with performance attribution environments are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, the capability to work under tight reporting deadlines, effective communication with business users and project teams, and experience working in an onshore offshore delivery model will be considered strong advantages.
