Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for clients of varying ages and backgrounds, targeted toward developing tailored treatment plans.
  • Prioritize the needs of clients and their families during initial assessments, ensuring that their voices are heard and respected.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with an interdisciplinary team of medical staff, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), group therapy sessions, and personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.
  • Provide case management support, collaborating with local community agencies and healthcare providers to deliver holistic care and resources for clients.
  • Adhere strictly to documentation protocols, ensuring that clinical records and treatment plans meet high ethical standards and comply with departmental regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Current state licensure as a PsyD, LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

Preferred Experience
