As a Mental Health Therapist at BWL Mental Health Center, you will engage primarily in a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your day while providing therapy services. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and co-create detailed treatment plans that align with their unique needs.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to effectively address clients' concerns.
• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment as required.
• Provide clients with the option for teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for those who prefer virtual appointments or encounter transportation difficulties.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Engage actively in professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance your clinical skills and remain updated with the latest therapeutic practices.

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A current, valid license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R) is required.
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
