Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and observant Shared Patrol Security Officer to provide patrol coverage for multiple retail and commercial properties within a designated service area. The officer will be responsible for conducting scheduled and random patrols, ensuring the safety of tenants, employees, and visitors, and serving as a visible deterrent to theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols across assigned client properties, including retail centers, office buildings, and parking areas.
  • Check doors, gates, and access points to ensure they are properly secured.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
  • Respond to alarms, disturbances, or calls for service in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete detailed patrol and incident reports through the company's reporting system after each visit.
  • Provide a visible and professional security presence to deter criminal activity.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, property management, and law enforcement when necessary.
