Pansy Homecare is a dementia-focused agency urgently hiring highly experienced caregivers for day and overnight shifts. This role is for dedicated professionals with deep expertise in dementia care who are looking for a supportive team, competitive pay, and rewarding work. Caregiver Pay & Benefits

  • Pay: Weekly pay- $20.50/hour starting and able to get up to $25/hour

  • Early Wage Access: Tap Check—up to $200/day, max $500/week (early wage access)

  • Holidays: Double pay

  • Day One Benefits: Aflac (vision, dental, and short-term disability), badge, and uniform

  • After 60 Days: Health insurance (including vision and dental) and 401K Management

  • Bonuses/Incentives: Employee Referral Bonus ($150), Caregiver of the Month ($50 monthly), Caregiver Grant Fund Access ($2,500), and random above-and-beyond incentives

Caregiver Responsibilities
