  • Provide outstanding guest service-answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with deliveries.
  • Patrol the resort's interior and perimeter to identify potential safety or security risks.
  • Administer basic first aid and CPR when vital.
  • Support team operations and assist colleagues as needed.
