Role Overview: (Overnight Shift) 11:00 pm-9:00 am
To support people who live with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to acquire and/or enhance their basic living, social, educational, & employment skills with the primary goal of community integration and support to obtain competitive employment or to engage in retirement activities. (Walk-in Interviews available from Monday-Friday, 10:00 am- 2:00 pm) at the Main Office at 1900 Mount Holly Road, Suite 600A, Burlington, New Jersey 08016
Requirements
Pre-Requisite Documents/Requirements:
  • Age Requirement: 18 years or older
  • Education Requirement: A high school diploma or Equivalent
  • Submit Two Professional References
  • A valid Driver's License is required
  • Submit a drug screening per Stephen Komninos' Law (subject to random drug screening throughout employment)
  • Submit a New Jersey Central Registry review.
  • Submit a (MVR) Motor Vehicle Review
  • Submit a (CARI) Child Abuse Registry review
  • Pass criminal background Investigation review
  • Submit an Annual Physical indicating (Satisfactory)
  • Tuberculosis exam (by Mantoux method) or Chest X-ray resulting (Negative) free from disease in a communicable form
  • Vaccination Requirements: Vaccination is required
  • Submit CPR & First Aid (In-person training)
  • Certification: Complete Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) certification
  • Complete IdentoGo Fingerprinting
