Job Title: Food Production Worker
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Food Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist with the preparation, processing, packaging, and quality inspection of food products while following strict food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate food processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
  • Prepare, sort, package, and label food products according to company standards
  • Inspect products to ensure quality, freshness, and proper packaging
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Monitor production lines and report equipment malfunctions or product issues
  • Accurately complete production and quality control records
  • Assist with loading raw materials and moving finished products
