NOW HIRING Inspector Packers! 

$20/hr plus $2/hr shift premium for overnight shifts

We are seeking detail-oriented Inspector Packers to join the growing team at our Leola, PA facility. As an Inspector Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to contribute to a company that makes a difference, we encourage you to apply! 

Shift Availability (as of 4/15/2026): 

  • PART TIME:
    • 1:30am-6:30am (some weekends required) - FDIN Building 13
    • 9:30am-2:30pm (some weekends required) - EPS Building 6
  • FULL TIME:
    • 8pm-8:15am Blue Nights on 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend required - PPC Building 3/3a
    • 12pm-8pm - FDIN

What you'll do... 

  • Inspect finished products and verify package counts 
  • Tape boxes and manually transfer product to stacking area 
  • Assemble flat cardboard into box shape for shipping products 
  • Perform quality checks at scheduled intervals 
  • Start and stop machinery according to standard operating procedures 

What you'll need... 

  • Ability to meet safety and quality standards 
  • Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures 
  • Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
